radical presence

a way to slow down
and simply notice.

most of us are rarely fully present. we’re pulled by thought, habit, pain, or pressure. even when we sense that something wants to change, we often default to fixing, explaining, self-soothing—because that’s how we learned to get along, to feel safe.

this work is an invitation to pause. to recognize patterned behavior. to feel what’s actually alive right now.

let the work begin here.

what happens in a sesion?

that depends on you. there’s no script. we begin where you are and follow what emerges. a session may include:

  • quiet conversation

  • inquiry and observation

  • guided somatic practices

  • therapeutic touch (clothed, with clear agreement)

  • energy balancing

some people come with a question. others come with a feeling they can’t quite name. you don’t need to have it figured out.

who is this for?

this work resonates most for people in transition—grappling with change, loss, disconnection, or a sense that something deeper is asking for attention. it’s for those longing to live with more integrity in their body, relationships, and choices. It’s for people who feel the call to something spontaneous and authentic outside of conventional therapeutic models.

  • 60 minute session: $150

  • 90 minute session $225
