about me
for over thirty years, i’ve worked as a healer, helper, mentor, and coach. my background includes massage therapy, somatic coaching, energy work, and spiritual practice, alongside a long career in organizational leadership. i’ve supported people through moments of growth, loss, challenge, and reinvention—not just as a practitioner, but as someone who’s lived those moments myself.
what i offer now is the integration of that experience. my work is grounded in radical presence—the ability to meet what’s happening without trying to fix it or escape it. it’s a way of working that trusts the body, respects complexity, and leaves room for something new to emerge.
clients say they feel met in a way they didn’t expect. the space feels safe enough to be open, unfinished, maybe a little messy. something shifts—not always dramatically, but in a way that matters.
this work tends to resonate with people who are at a turning point. they may be navigating change, questioning old patterns, or trying to live with more honesty and clarity. my approach is intuitive and steady, flexible and grounded, and always shaped by what’s real for the person in front of me.
this isn’t a profession i chose from a list. it’s the work that has taken shape through a long practice of cultivating attention. i’m here as a witness, a guide, and a skilled ally in the practice of becoming more fully and presently yourself.

beyond the practice
beyond my professional life, i'm a musician and songwriter, finding creative expression in writing and sharing music. i experience awe and solace in nature–hiking the beautiful trails of the catskill mountains or digging in the dirt in my backyard garden. and my spiritual journey is a lifelong pursuit where i seek wisdom, insight, and radical presence.
home for me is in rhinebeck, ny, in the beautiful hudson valley, with my husband neil and friends and fellow travelers in our creative, professional, and spiritual communities.
